Your happiness is my #1 concern. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item please contact me via the contact page to begin the return process at NO cost to you. A full refund will be sent to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned item.

If it was received damaged, please contact me via the contact page and attach a picture of the damaged item within 7 days. I will ask you to send back the item and once processed a replacement item of the identical type will be shipped out. Item cannot be changed for a different SKU.
