Welcome! I'm Brooke Rowe, your guide on a transformative journey of healing, self-discovery, and conscious living. Based near Wilmington, NC, I bring over a decade of personal healing and spiritual growth into every session. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Consciousness Coach, spiritual guide, and intuitive Tarot reader, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you're empowered to release what no longer serves you, trust your inner wisdom, and step fully into the life you're meant to live.

Personal Triumph Over Addiction and Depression: My life took a difficult turn after my mother’s suicide, which led me into an 8-year struggle with opiates, alcohol, and clinical depression. After facing DUIs, incarceration, and a cycle of self-destruction, I made the decision to transform my life. Today, I am 7 years sober from alcohol, fully recovered from opiates for 9 years, quit smoking after 20 years, and free from clinical depression. My journey gives me a deep understanding of addiction, mental health struggles, and the strength it takes to overcome them.

Healing Complex Trauma: The trauma of losing my mother could have defined my life, but instead, it became the catalyst for my healing. I channeled my grief into growth and now help others turn their pain into purpose, offering empathy and guidance to those navigating their own trauma.

Transforming Limiting Beliefs: Throughout my healing, I discovered core beliefs that had been holding me back—beliefs about not being lovable and feelings of low self-worth. By identifying and transforming these limiting beliefs into ones that serve my higher purpose, I’ve created a life of self-love and empowerment. I help my clients make these same shifts to live with confidence and clarity.

Professional Mental Health Experience: With experience as a Peer Support Specialist and Mobile Crisis Responder, I’ve worked both personally and professionally with those struggling with mental health and substance use issues. My crisis intervention and de-escalation skills, coupled with my own journey, allow me to meet my clients with understanding, compassion, and actionable guidance.

Supporting Relationships through Recovery: I’ve supported my partner of over 10 years through his battle with and recovery from addiction, and today we share a meaningful, sober relationship built on trust and love. This experience allows me to understand the challenges and rewards of helping loved ones heal.
