When accepted, you’ll receive a welcome email and an invoice for your $1,000 non-refundable deposit, due within 1 week of acceptance.

Extra tips for retreat staff or service providers (other than what I'm gifting)

Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before applying:
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1000 deposit.

Before June 30: All payments refundable except deposit

July 1 – July 31: 50% refund (minus $1,000 deposit)

After August 5: No refunds; full balance due
All participants must complete full payment by August 5, 2025.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
A Note About Pets
There is a cat named Lucy that lives in the retreat home. If you are allergic or sensitive to cats, this retreat may not be the best fit for you. Please do not proceed with your application if this would affect your comfort or safety.
