How to Join Us: 

  • Choose your room type

  • Complete the application below

  • When accepted, you’ll receive a welcome email and an invoice for your $1,000 non-refundable deposit, due within 1 week of acceptance.

  • 50% of your remaining balance is due by July 1, 2025.

  • Final payment is due by August 1, 2025.

  • You’re welcome to pay in full at any time.

  • All payments will be invoiced and set up on an automated payment plan through Wix for ease and peace of mind.

What's Included

  • 3 nights / 2.5 days in cozy, luxe lodging near the beach with ocean views + access to oceanfront retreat home

  • All mentioned meals, snacks, tea, and coffee

  • Daily yoga, meditation, and soulful rituals

  • 1 Reiki session + 1 full-body massage

  • Group experiences: sound healing, sacred dance, future life progression & more 

  • Creative tools, journaling prompts, and a retreat workbook

  • Optional beach walks,nature time, and golf cart access

  • Evening healing sessions + pre-retreat Zoom call

What's NOT Included

  • Airfare or transportation to and from Kure Beach, NC

  • Meals or beverages outside of those listed (e.g., post-retreat breakfast on departure day, alcoholic drinks)

  • Travel insurance and any medical or prescription expenses

  • Extra tips for retreat staff or service providers (other than what I'm gifting)

  • Optional excursions or activities not outlined in the retreat itinerary

  • Personal expenses and souvenirs

  • Equipment rentals or specialty items not provided (e.g., yoga mats if you prefer your own)

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before applying:

​Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1000 deposit.

​

  • Before June 30: All payments refundable except deposit

  • July 1 – July 31: 50% refund (minus $1,000 deposit)

  • After August 1: No refunds; full balance due

​​

All participants must complete full payment by August 1, 2025.

​

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)

A Note About Pets

There is a cat named Lucy that lives in the retreat home. If you are allergic or sensitive to cats, this retreat may not be the best fit for you. Please do not proceed with your application if this would affect your comfort or safety.
